糸引き防止スプレー塗布装置

塗布材料の原液を糸引き現象させないで塗布する工法を開発

本装置は、原液などの粘度の高い液体塗布材料を用いても、糸引き現象や詰りの生じにくいスプレー塗布装置(特許出願中)。溶剤含有型のアクリル系やゴム系防湿材を塗布する場合、エアスプレーやエアレススプレーではエンゼルヘア対策のため重量比で約1：1でないとエンゼルヘアが起きる結果となっているが、本スプレー塗布装置では、原液に対し20％前後の使用で塗布が行える。さらに現在でも課題となっている、基板の半田面側に突き出ている実装部品のピン足のシャープエッジで鋭角になっている先端部を十分に膜厚を確保においては、ピン足先端部の膜厚確保が得られるうえ、塗布材乾燥も短縮される。
